Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Use for purposes outside the vehicle’s intended design is not permitted. Exceeding the specified passenger or weight limits is unacceptable. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is not allowed.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by law in England and Wales, Car Hire Rochdale is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is capped at the amount paid for rentals in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
